MEET THE STAFF

Anthony Dorsi, MS, CSCS

Anthony Dorsi is the Co-Founder of Iron House Performance Center. Dorsi, formerly a collegiate football player, is a graduate of Montclair State University majoring in Exercise Science and Physical Education. Dorsi was a walk on, whom got cut, walked on again, became a two-year starter, an NJAC All-Conference football player, and a team captain for the Redhawks. Dorsi went on to complete multiple internships working with Division 1 collegiate athletes at: Mississippi State University, University of Maryland, Rutgers University, and Monmouth University. Dorsi worked at Montclair State University as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the football program in January 2020 and served at Mater Dei Prep High School for two years in the same role. Dorsi earned his masters degree in science from California University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Carmine Agostino, CSCS

Carmine Agostino is the Co-Founder of Iron House Performance Center. Carmine earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College. It was there where Carmine picked up the sport of rugby - assisting his team advance to the Division II National Tournament for the first time in team history as a sophomore. As a senior, he helped establish a strength and conditioning program at the MacDuffie School in Granby, Massachusetts where he refined his coaching skills specifically in programming and weight-room design. As a top-of-class student in his major, and being a member of the Exercise Science Club, Carmine was elected to the New England ACSM College Bowl where he and other students competed against top Exercise Science/Kinesiology programs across New England. Carmine also interned at Northeastern University Sports Performance training Division I collegiate athletes. After achieving his degree Carmine worked in the private sector, honing his knowledge and skills to train professional mixed martial artists, boxers, soccer players, as well as hundreds of high school athletes. Carmine also worked in the rehabilitation where aided athletes in their process of returning to sport after injury. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).
