ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT

01
Frankie Edgar
PROFESSIONAL UFC FIGHTER
“I'm Frankie Edgar, three-time UFC champion with a career spanning 17 years as a professional mixed martial artist. I have always surrounded myself with some of the best trainers and athletes throughout my career. In my pursuit of always looking to improve, I found Carmine at Iron House Performance to help me in the process. Carmine and the staff at IH don't take the one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter approach — every training session is planned out and tailor-made for your performance goals. If you're serious about your sport or training and want to maximize your potential, I highly recommend stopping in and setting up an evaluation appointment ASAP.”

Ashley Batista
PROFESSIONAL SOCCER PLAYER
“Iron House guarantees results and I am beyond grateful for all of their help. I am a current professional female soccer player and former Division I player. I've been working with Iron House since college, and every year I continue to see myself grow. Carmine has done an amazing job with the amount of detail he puts into my individualized program. He does an excellent job understanding my needs and applying them to my sessions. My on-field performance has tremendously increased, and I continue to have successful seasons year after year. This has given me the opportunity to play soccer at the highest levels in Iceland, Portugal, Italy, and Spain. Just when I think I've hit my peak, Iron House shows me I have more to give. Thank you so much, Iron House!”
